Saiba como ingressar na ESA, Escola de Sargento das Armas

A Escola de Sargentos das Armas, também conhecida como ESA, fica localizada na cidade de Três Corações, em Minas Gerais. Ela é um estabelecimento de ensino militar do Exército que é responsável por selecionar e preparar jovens para o ingresso no curso de Formação e Graduação de Sargentos Combatentes de Carreira das Armas (CFGS) de: Infantaria, Cavalaria, Artilharia, Engenharia e Comunicações.

Como é feita a seleção?

É realizada de forma anual, por meio de um concurso de admissão de âmbito nacional, no qual são oferecidos cerca de 1.100 vagas, nas áreas Geral, Música e Saúde, em ambos os sexos.

As inscrições para o processo seletivo acontecem anualmente nos meses de fevereiro a março, e são feitas pela internet no site: www.esa.eb.mil.br.

O processo seletivo envolve:

Primeira etapa

As etapas da primeira fase geralmente ocorrem nos meses de julho a dezembro, e os candidatos classificados são convocados para se apresentarem nas Unidades de Ensino Tecnológico do Exército (UETE) em janeiro do ano seguinte, a fim de prosseguirem para a segunda fase do concurso.

Fui aprovado e agora?

Primeiramente, o candidato é matriculado e passa a ser militar da ativa do Exército Brasileiro, na condição de aluno do 1º ano do Curso de Formação e Graduação de Sargentos nas diversas (UETE) espalhadas pelo Brasil. Caso conclua o 1º ano com aproveitamento e dependendo da especialidade que seguir, ele vai passar para a Escola de Sargento das Armas (ESA) Ou Escola de Sargento de Logística (EsSLog) ou para o Centro de Instrução e Aviação do Exército (CIAvEx). Por fim, após a conclusão do 2º ano do Curso será declarado 3º Sargento do Exército.

Estrutura do local

A princípio, a estrutura é composta de alojamentos, refeitórios, salas de aula, laboratório, espaço cultural, biblioteca, auditório, posto médico, capelania, parque de pontes e uma extensa área desportiva constituída por ginásios, campo de futebol, pista de atletismo, piscina, campo de polo, pista hípica e pista de corda. Além disso, possui dois campos de instrução: Campo de Instrução do Atalaia com área de 4,6 km² e o Campo de Instrução Moacyr Araújo Lopes com área de 20 km², sendo este último distante cerca de 40 km de Três Corações/MG.

1º ano do CFGS

É Realizado em treze unidades Escolares Tecnológicas do Exército (UETE), supervisionadas pela ESA, localizadas de norte a sul do território nacional. Além disso, Esse período tem duração de 44 semanas.

Depois de concluir o primeiro ano, o aluno vai escolher sua qualificação militar de sargentos, conforme mérito intelectual.

Segundo Ano do CFGS

O segundo ano tem duração de 44 semanas, sendo conduzido integralmente, na ESA. Além disso, o aluno recebe instruções específicas das armas de Infantaria, Cavalaria, Artilharia, Engenharia e Comunicações.
