Polícia Civil
A Polícia Civil, de modo geral, é a responsável pela parte investigativa, administrativa e processual da atividade policial no país. A também chamada de Polícia Judiciária, está diretamente relacionada à atividade investigativa e busca de evidências.
A Polícia Militar é a força responsável pelo policiamento ostensivo, ou seja, ela é quem coíbe as ilicitudes de maneira imediata. Enquanto a Polícia Civil é mais voltada para investigação, a Militar é dedicada à vigilância e repressão imediata de atos criminosos ou ilícitos.
Inspetor x Investigador: Quais as diferenças?
A princípio, ambos são cargos do setor público com ingresso por meio de concurso. No entanto, a maior diferença entre inspetor e investigador está, primeiramente, no nível hierárquico. Além disso, a escolaridade requisitada também é diferente.
Para ser inspetor, é necessário possuior nível superior completo em qualquer área, enquanto, para ser um investigador, precisa ter o ensino médio completo. Em relação a remuneração, varia de acordo com o estado de atuação, o salário de inspetor é de R$6.280,31, enquanto o de investigador é de R$5.740,38.
Inspetor:
O inspetor é o agente de investigação e inteligência da polícia judiciária, que atua nos inquéritos policiais em apoio ao Poder Judiciário, com a finalidade de apurar a autoria e a tangibilidade das infrações penais. Nesse sentido, ele desempenha o trabalho de investigação, ou seja, procura provas, indícios e outras pistas que auxiliem na solução de um crime que já ocorreu.
Entre suas principais atribuições estão:
- Realizar investigações no intuito de descobrir indícios de autoria e materialidade de crimes;
- Cumprimento de mandados de prisão ou busca e apreensão;
- Dar suporte às autoridades superiores, em assuntos técnicos especializados e fiscalização de trabalhos de segurança, investigações e operações policiais;
- Operações policiais;
- Atuação em grandes eventos;
- Atividades relacionadas à segurança pública, em defesa da sociedade.
Investigador:
O investigador é um dos profissionais que atuam na Polícia Civil. Os profissionais são subordinados aos oficiais de cartório e inspetores da polícia, integrando a área de investigação e prevenção de crimes da corporação civil do Estado.
De acordo com a Lei nº 3.586/01, o investigador policial integra o grupo de agentes de polícia estadual de investigação e prevenção criminais. Entre suas funções estão exercer, com autonomia ou sob supervisão, trabalhos relacionados ao transporte de autoridades, garantindo-lhes a segurança, a condução de viaturas policiais, ostensivas ou não.
Outras funções:
- Identificar, localizar e interrogar suspeitos;
- Coletar;
- Elaborar relatórios de investigação;
- Cumprir mandados judiciais e efetuar prisões;
- Escoltar presos;
- Manter a segurança de locais em investigação;
- Dirigem viaturas policiais da corporação, conduzindo e garantindo a segurança de autoridades, depoentes ou suspeitos.
- Investigações e operações policiais, com vistas à prevenção e à apuração de condutas que caracterizem ilícitos penais;
- Realizar atividades envolvendo operações em diversos aparelhos de telecomunicações integrantes do sistema de telecomunicações de segurança.
- Conservar, manusear e portar armas de fogo.
