Raciocínio lógico é assunto tratado em quase todas as provas, sejam vestibulares ou concursos públicos. Diferentemente de outras matérias, a lógica não é uma matéria de “decorebas”, mas de raciocínio. É necessário que se tenha uma linha de raciocínio coerente para que se chegue a uma conclusão de um argumento.

Princípios do Raciocínio Lógico

Princípio da Identidade

Esse é o princípio que determina que tudo é igual a si próprio.

Ex.: (A=A) / um engenheiro é um engenheiro.

Princípio da não Contradição

Nenhuma proposição pode ser verdadeira e falsa ao mesmo tempo.

Ex.: “o céu é azul; o céu não é azul” / “o céu azul não é azul”  (A frase está incorreta segundo os princípios da não contradição)

Princípio do Terceiro Excluído

Um proposição só pode ser verdadeira ou falsa, não existe a possibilidade de terceira opção.

Ex.: Matemática é fácil. (o contrário seria: “matemática é difícil”. Não existe uma terceira opção, ou matemática é fácil ou matemática é difícil).

A importância dos conectivos

Basicamente as questões lógicas possuem algumas preposições que dão razão e dão suporte a algo, ou seja, afirmações que apresentam um pensamento coerente, de sentido completo. Uma pessoa que tem dificuldades em matemática não precisa se desesperar tanto, pois a matéria de raciocínio lógico exige mais atenção aos conectivos – “ou”, “e”, “se e somente se” – que uma fórmula matemática.

Exemplo:

Questão: Banca FCC – TJ/AP – Ano 2014 – Analista Judiciário

Em um país, todos os habitantes são filiados a um partido político, sendo que um mesmo habitante não pode ser filiado a dois partidos diferentes. Sabe-se, ainda, que todo habitante filiado ao partido X é engenheiro e que cada habitante tem uma única profissão. Paulo é um engenheiro e Carla é uma médica, ambos habitantes desse país. Apenas com essas informações, é correto concluir que, necessariamente:

  1. a.       Paulo é filiado ao partido X.
  2. b.      Carla não é filiada ao partido X.
  3. c.       Carla é filiada ao partido X.
  4. d.      Paulo não é filiado ao partido X.
  5. e.      Paulo e Carla são filiados a partidos diferentes.

Resolução:

Para resolver essa questão, aplicaremos a Teoria dos Conjuntos (Todo A é B, mas nem todo B é A) em um simples encadeamento lógico.

1-      A questão diz que todos habitantes têm, necessariamente, um partido político e que uma pessoa não pode se filiar a dois partidos distintos;

2-      Além disso, é definido que todo habitante filiado ao partido X é engenheiro;

3-      Perceba que a recíproca não é verdadeira, uma vez que o enunciado não trouxe essa informação;

À vista disso, se todo filiado ao partido X é engenheiro, não quer dizer que todo engenheiro é filiado ao partido X. Mas podemos afirmar que, se Carla é médica, ela não é filiada ao partido em questão. Logo, a afirmativa correta é a letra B: “Carla não é filiada ao partido X”.
